Return and Exchange Policy

 

All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag).

Please follow these steps in order to proceed with the return:

1. Contact us at sales@constancaentrudo.com with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back, and the reason. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label* and the steps to schedule a pickup or the nearest DHL drop-off point.

3. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.

*Pre-orders and sale items are not eligible for returns.

* Every return will be subject to a fee (check here), which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

You must return and place a new order if you wish to exchange for another size. Please, email us at  sales@constancaentrudo.com to get a refund on the shipping costs that can be added to your second order.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service immediately. Faulty items must be reported to our customer service team sales@constancaentrudo.com within 7 days after receiving them.Please take pictures of the parcel received and keep it for further inspection by our carrier.

You'll receive a confirmation e-mail once we've processed your refund. Please note that the refunded amount will be credited in your account within 15 business days, subject to your bank's policies. We kindly encourage you to hold onto the tracking number for your return, so you can keep track of the returned order.
